Are your premises safe and secure?
The Carinya Day Service operates from a Central location in Coburg which is a meeting point for all participants and staff. Carinya Day service is secure facility and Participants are supported at all times.

Do you provide transport?
Transport is available (subject to availability) on Carinya managed transport services, please see our Transport link for more information.

What sort of Life Skills activities do you provide?
Carinya provides over 70 programs per week and all programs are tailored to Participant goals. Carinya offers a wide range of programs that promote education, independent living skills, skills building, skills maintaining, fitness and sensory.

What sort of age mix do you have?
Carinya support Participants who have a wide range of abilities, and are over 18 years of age, and groups include both men and women. Where possible, most Participants are in activity group where the group is of similar age, interests, and aspirations. 

What Fees/Costs are charged for services?
Carinya services are tailored for NDIS participants so that staffing costs are fully covered by NDIS. However, NDIS does not provide funds for all activities, so additional Fees are charged on an individual basis for activities and transport provided for Carinya Day Services.   These fees will be discussed with you prior to any service being delivered.
