At Carinya Society we enable our participants to inspire, connect and develop while at the same time giving back to a community who are less fortunate. ‘Ride Together’ is an initiative that rescues preloved bikes and restores them into safe, working condition so they can be given to those with no other means of transport.
‘Ride together’ is based out of the ‘Carinya Shed’ and we distribute the bikes we repair to Bicycles for Humanity. It’s a much-loved program for our participants and helps to improve their self-esteem and sense of satisfaction.

The bike group has soul, it has passion and not only can this program achieve something for all the participants at Carinya, it has the power to help others all over the world” Says Mark Volpi, Carinya Ride Together Instructor.
Bicycles For Humanity Vice Present, Peter says: “It is wonderful having a group like Carinya Society who can regularly donate bikes to us. It is a great opportunity for their participants to make a difference and for us we know that every time we can provide a bike to someone this will make a huge impact to their life. This bike provides them with life changing transport when their other options are walking (which sometimes is just not possible) or not going somewhere at all.”
